Cutoff times
Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or federal holiday, ship the next business day.
Free shipping
Orders over $150 ship free. Free shipping travels on a ground service and cannot be upgraded to an expedited method. If you need it sooner, pick a paid service at checkout.
Transit times
Carrier estimates are in business days from the day we ship, not calendar days. An order shipped Thursday on a two-day service arrives Monday. A holiday in between pushes it out another day. Allow one to two business days after shipment before tracking starts to move.
Signature on delivery
Orders over $200 require a signature. If you would rather they did not, email us before your order ships and we will release the requirement, but from that point the risk of a lost or stolen parcel is yours.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation, a completed-order notice once it is packed, and a separate email with your tracking number. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can see exactly what you can see and nothing more, so for anything in transit the carrier is the faster answer.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States, except to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin. Checkout will stop an order to those states.
Some counties and cities restrict these products even where the state does not: San Diego County, Sarasota County, Union County in Mississippi, Jerseyville in Illinois, and Denver among them. A state field cannot detect a county rule, so we cannot block those automatically. Please check your local rules before ordering.
