Shipping & delivery

When does my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day ship the same day. Anything after that, or on a weekend or federal holiday, goes out the next business day.

When is shipping free?

Orders over $150 ship free. Free shipping uses a ground service and is not eligible for expedited upgrades. If you need it faster, choose a paid method at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Carrier transit times are quoted in business days from the day we ship, not calendar days. An order shipped Thursday on a two-day service arrives Monday, and a holiday pushes it further. Allow one to two business days for tracking to start updating.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Orders over $200 require a signature on delivery. If you would rather waive that, email us before your order ships and we will release it. The risk of loss then sits with you.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You will get an order confirmation, a completed-order email once it is packed, and a separate email carrying your tracking number. Once a parcel leaves us, the carrier knows exactly as much as you do. For anything mid-transit, they are the faster answer.

Where do you not ship?

We cannot ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont or Wisconsin. Some counties and cities restrict these products even where the state does not. A state field cannot detect those, so please check your own local rules before ordering.

Returns

Can I return an unopened order?

Yes. Unopened product comes back for a full refund less shipping, within 30 days of delivery.

What if I already opened it?

We will make a one-time exception per customer on opened product, provided at least 80% of the package remains and you are still inside the 30-day window. Anything returned to us opened has to be destroyed. We would never resell a product someone else has opened, which is the whole reason this is handled case by case rather than as a blanket policy.

Why is kratom so subjective?

Because it is. A batch that suits most people may not suit you, and the same bag can land differently on different days depending on amount, timing and mindset. That is not a defect. It is why we sell small sample sizes: try a little before committing to a kilo.

Testing & lab results

What do you test for?

Every published batch is screened by a third-party lab for alkaloid content (mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine), plus heavy metals and microbial contamination.

How do I check my batch?

Take the lot number from the front of your bag and enter it on the Batch Verify page. You will get that lot’s panel and its certificate of analysis. One certificate covers one lot and no other. We do not reuse a certificate across batches.

What if my lot number returns nothing?

Then we do not have it published, and we would rather tell you that than show you a near match. Lot numbers are digits, printed in groups like 1252-507-2, and you can type them with or without the dashes. If yours will not resolve, contact us and we will track it down.

Products

What is kratom?

Kratom is the common name for Mitragyna speciosa, a tree in the coffee family native to Southeast Asia. Its leaves are harvested, dried and milled. That is the entire product: milled leaf, or the same leaf in a capsule. Nothing is added.

What do green, red and white mean?

They describe the colour of the leaf stem and vein at harvest, which tracks how far into its cycle the leaf was picked. White is earliest, green is mid-cycle, red is latest. Same plant, different harvest point.

What does “Maeng Da” mean?

It is a grading term, not a place. It marks leaf selected against a stricter standard at harvest, which is why it costs more than a straight regional green or red.

What is the difference between powder and capsules?

Only the format. Capsules are the same milled leaf in size 00 shells. Sizes are listed by the weight of leaf, so 100g of capsules holds 100g of leaf.

What is the Reserve line?

Single origin: one farm, one harvest, one lot, run in limited quantities. The testing standard is identical to everything else we ship. When a Reserve lot is gone we do not backfill it with other leaf to keep the label on the shelf.

What we do not claim

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We describe what is in the bag, where it came from, and what the lab found. We do not tell you what it will do for you, and you should be wary of any vendor who does.
