Unopened product
Unopened product can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days of delivery.
Opened product
We will make a one-time exception per customer on opened product, provided at least 80% of the package remains and you are still inside the 30-day window.
Anything that comes back to us opened has to be destroyed. No exceptions. Our product is packed in a GMP-compliant facility after testing, and we would never resell something another customer has already opened. That is the whole reason opened returns are handled case by case rather than as a blanket policy.
On subjectivity
Kratom is subjective, and anyone who has been around it long enough knows it. A batch that suits nine people out of ten may not suit you. The same bag can land differently on different days depending on how much, when, and what else is going on. That does not make it a bad product.
It is also why we sell small sizes. Try 25g before you commit to a kilo: it is a cheaper way to find out than a return.
Starting a return
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Refunds go to the original payment method once the return arrives.
